CAMP BLUE DIAMOND, AR RAMADI, Iraq -- Major James Charette, a Goshen, N.Y. native and liaison officer for the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned, is the link to data concerning lessons learned in war fighting within the 2nd Marine Division.
