AL QA'IM, Iraq- Lt. Col. Timothy Mundy, commanding officer of 3rd Battalion, 2d Marine Regiment meets with the mayor of Al Qa'im, March 14. The mayor, Raja Nuwaf Fahran Al-Sharhi and his sons met with Mundy and representatives of the 5th Civil Affairs Group to discuss future projects and better relationships beetween Iraqis and US forces at the super phosphate plant in Al Qa'im.
