AR RAMADI, Iraq (April 9, 2005) -Sergeant James P. Conway, squad leader, 2nd Squad, 2nd Platoon, Company C, 1st Battalion, 5th Marines, walks along the banks of the Euphrates River during a patrol here. The 25-year-old from Orlando, Fla., led his Marines on a patrol through a neighborhood known as the "Ghetto." Patrols through the neighborhood often include interaction with Iraqi children.
