FALLUJAH, Iraq - Gunnery Sgt. William Clare, Company B, 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment's company gunnery sergeant, and an Iraqi soldier hand out candy to children outside a local school May 4, while other personnel and soldiers distribute chalkboards inside. Iraqi Security Forces and Marines here visited local schools to distribute blackboards, school desks, and writing supplies as part of the ongoing joint civil-military mission, "Operation Blackboard."
