CAMP RAMADI, Iraq (March 3, 2005) -- Corporal Sam Heng, training non commissioned officer for training and operations, Headquarters and Service Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, points at several cards spread out on a green military cot. The 22-year-old Cambodian from Seattle often entertains fellow Marines on their downtime with his card tricks, which makes him popular among many Marines in his unit. Lance Cpl. Jordan F. Evans, 21, of Rome, Ga., both riflemen with H&S Company, 1/5, watch Heng perform. Heng taught himself two card tricks on his first deployment to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
