Marines and Afghans sit down to discuss future security measures and the placement of Afghan Uniformed Police security posts over a cup of chai tea. Marines with Echo Company, 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, along with their Afghan National Security Forces counterparts, participated in Operation Double Check, in which they cleared a number of compounds and other areas, built security posts, and established a security presence on the western side of the southern Musa Qal’eh riverbed.
