Lance Cpl Kevin Cruzvazquez, a rifleman with Delta Company, 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, observes rounds impacting on a target during a training evolution aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC, April 23, 2014. Marines with the battalion received training on the M107 .50 Caliber Special Application Scoped Rifle which included two days of classroom time before practical application on the weapon system the third day. Classes in the training included ballistics, effects of weather on the SASR, range sketches and shooting positions.
