AL UBAYDI, Iraq (April 27, 2005)- Lance Cpl. Christopher F. Tustin, a civil affairs engineer with 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team-2, hands an Iraqi child his "lucky nickel" during a school assessment here.
