Instances of suspected fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement and misconduct may be reported via the 2nd Marine Division "Hotline" by calling 910-451-8047 or by fax at 910-451-8065. Complaints can be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Detailed instructions on how to report complaints are provided upon calling the hotline.
The hotline is open to all military personnel, civilian employees and dependents in 2nd Marine Division. Complainants receive confidentiality but may remain anonymous. Complainants are encouraged to provide full disclosure if information without fear of reprisal.
Complaints can also be emailed to the Command Inspector General at email@example.com or by following the instructions listed below for submitting an IG Action Request (IGAR).

1. Open the Inspector General Action Request by clicking the link above.
2. Complete “Section I” of the Inspector General Action Request.
If you wish to remain anonymous enter “Anonymous” into the name block and enter “N/A” into the Grade, Organization, Sex, Address, E-Mail, Home Telephone Number and Work Telephone Number blocks.
3. Leave Section II blank. This section will be filled out by the 2d Marine Division Inspector General’s office.
4. When you are satisfied with the information you entered into the Inspector General Action Request, click the “Submit by Email” button (located at the bottom right of page 2 on the IGAR). This will send the IGAR via email from your personal email of choice to the 2d Marine Division Inspector General’s organizational mailbox.
