MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - Maj. Gen. Richard A. Huck, 2nd Marine Division's commanding general, left, congratulates Sgt. Aaron C. Torian of 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion for being appointed as the Division NCO of the Year for 2005. Torian, a 28-year-old Paducah, Ky. native, distinguished himself as a team leader while conducting counterinsurgency operations during Operation Phantom Fury in Fallujah, Iraq in late 2004.
