CAMP HURRICANE POINT Ar Ramadi, Iraq (July 13, 2005) - Lance Cpl. Miguel A. Bautista(left), a rifleman with Company A, 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment and Lance Cpl. Christopher J. Gonzalez, a food service specialist with Headquarters and Service Company, were friends in high school and now find themselves in Ar Ramadi, Iraq supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom with Camp Pendleton, Calif., based 1st Battalion, 5th Marines.
