CAMP DELTA, IRAQ -- Children gathered just outside of the Civil Military Operations Center wanting to get soccer balls from the Marines. Maj. Mark Fuller, 2nd Team Leader, 2nd Detachment, 5th Civil Affairs Group, grabbed a couple of soccer balls to pass out to the children to play a game in a side alleyway.
