CAMP BLUE DIAMOND, AR RAMADI, Iraq -- Sergeant Cary Anderson, a 28-year-old 2nd Marine Division combat operations center watch chief received instruction on new explosive countermeasures, July 7. Division personnel were familiarized with some of the more recent improvised explosive devices (IED) that the insurgency is planting on the roadways and patrol routes Marines have been exposing themselves to.
