FALLUJAH, Iraq - A member with the Iraqi Interim Forces checks city residents here for proper identification before admitting them into the Jolan Park compound. ISF and Iraqi police forces from the Public Order Battalion are working with U.S. Marines from Regimental Combat Team-8 to provide security for the distribution of $100 million back to Fallujah's citizens as reparation for damages done during the conflict with insurgents last year.
