FALLUJAH, Iraq - A Marine with 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment reaches through a wire barrier in the Jolan Park compound here to hand two Iraqi children some candy. 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment personnel are assisting the Iraqi Interim Force and Public Order Battalion police force to provide security in the distribution of $100 million worth of reparation payments to citizens to rebuild their homes and businesses from damages done during the assault on Fallujah last year.
