AR RAMADI, Iraq (April 9, 2005) - Lance Cpl. Donald A. Owens, a 23-year-old squad automatic weapon gunner with 2nd Squad, 2nd Platoon, Company C, 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, climbs over a brick wall as he exits a building he and his Marines used as an over watch during a patrol through a neighborhood here known as the "Ghetto." The Cleburne, Texas, native and other Marines with 2nd Squad, 2nd Platoon, Company C, 1st Battalion, 5th Marines, patrolled the neighborhood and handed out candy to the children and positive and anti-insurgent propaganda pamphlets to Iraqi men.
