CAMP SNAKE PIT Ar Ramadi, Iraq (May 3, 2005) -- Lance Cpl. Eric S. Johnson, armorer with Company C, 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, takes a knee and posts security from the rooftop of the command operations center building here while being attacked by insurgents. The 21-year-old from Vincennes, Calif., and other Company C Marines were attacked by insurgents few minutes past 8 a.m.The warriors successfully defended their camp from the attack and fought of the terrorists.
