MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - Members of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, Army Col. Edwin W. Anderson, CJ-3 director, Navy Chief Petty Officer Cameron W. Merrow, CJ-3 assistant operations chief, Master Sgt. Orville L. Williams, CJ-3 operations chief and Col. Carl R. Fauser, CJ-3 deputy director have their picture taken after presenting a Defense Meritorious Service Medal to Williams recently. Williams received the medal for outstanding service during his nine-month deployment to the region.
