FALLUJAH, Iraq - An Iraqi soldier kicks a spool of concertina wire in his base of operations here May 26, as he moves it to the location where he and fellow soldiers will stretch it out to protect their position. Marines from 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion worked alongside the soldiers to teach them how to properly fortify one of their headquarters in the city by laying out barricades and stretching out wire.
