FALLUJAH, Iraq - Army civil affairs specialists stand in the background as children file out of a courtyard at the Marjan school here May 31 after putting on a presentation in appreciation of the soldiers' efforts to restore their school. Team "Regulators," Company B, 445th Civil Affairs Battalion worked alongside local contractors to install new fixtures, doors and electric wiring throughout the school.
