AR RAMADI Iraq (July 5, 2005) -Orange, industrial-sized trashcans like this one are all over the Al Anbar capital city. The Iraqi government recently distributed new trash containers throughout the city for citizens to use to clean up rubbish, but Marine officials with the 1st Battalion, 5th Marines suspect insurgents will exploit them for terror and place improvised explosive devices in them.
