AR RAMADI Iraq (June 7, 2005) -Lance Cpl. James E. Hilliard, a rifleman with 3rd Squad, 1st Platoon, Company A, 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, gives an Iraqi man a coalition forces and Iraqi government flyer during a mission in the city's marketplace. During the mission, Hilliard, who's a 23-year-old from Tulsa, Okla., spotted a suspicious individual out of a large crowd of people.
