Cpl. Jeffrey H. Meighen, Civil Affairs Non-commissioned Officer, 5th Civil Affairs Group (CAG), 2d Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, Regimental Combat Team-2, gets the chance to make a difference in Iraqi children's lives during Operation Iraqi Freedom by handing out toys and hygiene products, participating in sporting events and helping to rebuild their towns.
