CAMP AL QA'IM, Iraq (July 23, 2005)- Lance Cpl. Lee D. Hale (top), 22, a combat engineer team leader with 3rd Squad, Company A, 4th Combat Engineers Battalion from Huntington, W.Va., is a corrections officer in his civilian life as a Marine reservist. The 2001 Huntington High School graduate will be meritoriously promoted to corporal in August for his work thus far in his deployment. Sgt. Brandon Bowling (far left), 32, is Hale's squad leader.
