CAMP BAHARIA, Iraq - Petty Officer 3rd Class Iridious Ruise, 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment's preventive medicine technician, deflects a punch from a fellow sailor during a martial arts training session here July 29. The battalion's corpsmen and chaplain received instruction on how to perform self-defense maneuvers such as countering choke holds and various types of strikes.
