FALLUJAH, Iraq - Lance Cpl. Richard Spillers, an infantryman with 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, counts vehicles passing through Entry Control Point-One here Aug. 10. The 20-year-old Fayetteville, N.C. native and his fellow Marines oversee Iraqi policemen with the Public Order Brigade as they search the thousands of automobiles and local citizens entering the city every day for weapons and contraband.
