FALLUJAH, Iraq – Sgt. Kent D. Padmore, guard chief for Fallujah’s Civil-Military Operations Center’s Entry Control Point-7, directs a crowd of local residents and children during a toy giveaway outside the center Aug. 11. U.S. Marines and Iraqi police distribute clothes and toys to local children outside the center every week, while local and military officials inside issue compensation payments and brainstorm ideas to rebuild the city’s infrastructure.
