FALLUJAH, Iraq - Corporal Darryl Toquinto, an infantryman with 4th Combined Anti-Armor Team, Weapons Company, 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, scans the desert horizon for terrorist activity during a recent mission here. The 24-year-old Gaithersburg, Md. native is a veteran of a 2004 tour of duty in Afghanistan and a Purple Heart recipient who currently serves alongside his unit and Iraqi Security Forces to conduct counterinsurgency operations here.
