FALLUJAH, Iraq - Gunnery Sgt. Walter Diggs, 4th Combined Anti-Armor Team's commander, Weapons Company, 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, patrols the streets here as his Marines provide area security and converse with some locals. Fourth CAAT Marines routinely patrol Fallujah's streets aboard their armored trucks and on foot to deter insurgent activity and interact with the community.
