050917-M-2607O-003 CAMP FALLUJAH, Iraq -- Navy Chief Petty Officer Lester M. Wellmaker, battalion medical chief, 2d Battalion, 2d Marine Regiment, checks the ear of a patient during morning sick call at the Battalion Aid Station on Camp Fallujah. The corpsmen and the BAS handle almost all the medical issues for the battalion unless they need to get higher medical attention.
