CAMP BLUE DIAMOND, AR RAMADI, Iraq - Colonel David K. Hough, the commanding Officer of Headquarters Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, presents the first piece of the traditional birthday cake to Cmdr. Robert Puder, the oldest sailor present Oct. 13 during a ceremony for the 230th birthday of the Navy. Service members with the 2nd Marine Division celebrated the Navy's birthday with a traditional cake cutting ceremony.
