HADITHA, Iraq (Oct. 15, 2005) - An Iraqi Security Forces soldiers shows his ink-stained finger after voting on a new Iraqi constitution here Oct. 15. While ISF soldiers voted and provided security inside the voting compound, Lance Cpl. Steven R.
