Maj. Christian H. Veeris, Chile exchange officer, Marine Forces South, explains the Improved First Aid Kit to Chilean marines from the Chilean Amphibious Brigade. The Chileans are here as participants in the annual Centauro Exchange Program, the purpose of which is to foster close international relations and build a joint sense of esprit de corps, said 10th Marines commanding officer Lt.
