CAMP BLUE DIAMOND, RAMADI, Iraq - Seaman Leonard A. Mclean, a corpsman with Fourth Platoon, Second Squad, Battery L, Headquarters Battalion, 2d Marine Division was awarded the Purple Heart during a ceremony here Nov. 4th for injuries sustained after an improvised explosive device was detonated under his humvee. Mclean recovered from his injuries and is still conducting patrols daily in Ar Ramadi with his fellow Marines from his squad. Official U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt. Ryan S. Scranton
