MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - During a ceremony honoring Col. Glenn T. Starnes, he spoke to his family, friends, and fellow Marines after he was awarded his Legion of Merit for his overall achievements while holding the position of Assistant Chief of Staff, G-3 Operations.
