MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. (June 12, 2006)- Lance Cpl. James A. Stewart (right) from Plattsburgh, N.Y., recieves the Navy and Marine Corps medal from Maj. Gen. Richard A. Huck, the commanding general of 2nd Marine Division. The Marine with 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion earned the medal for his heroic actions while he was on recruiter's assistance at home January 3, 2005.
