MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. (August 15, 2006)? Lance Cpl. Dorian Reyes, a legal clerk with the Staff Judge Advocate?s office for the 2nd Marine Division looks through paperwork on his desk regarding Marines individual cases. Reyes, like many high school students, participated in the Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps while in high school and received a promotion to for his efforts. To get a promotion from any branch of service, future recruits must have successfully completed at least two years in J.R.O.T.C.
