AR RAMADI, IRAQ (March 7,2005) - The 28-year-old noncommissioned officer for 4th Civil Affairs Group, 2nd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment and New Jersey native, Sgt. John J. Ramirez, asks his translator, 24-year-old Ricky Wissam to explain to the Iraqi man - a school representative - why he and other Marines with 4th CAG are visiting his school. Second Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment's 4th Civil Affairs Group visited two schools here with a representative of 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment's 5th CAG, Maj. Benjamin B. Busch, marking the beginning of 1st Battalion's Relief in Place. The purpose of the visits was to conduct a visual verification of repairs rendered. The team leader for 1st Battalion's 5th CAG, Maj.
