Lance Cpl. James C. O'Rourke, an assistant security clearance manager with 8th Communications Battalion has found a way to give back to his fellow Marines. The 20 year-old from Marlton, N.J. is the secretary for the Single Marine Program on Camp Lejeune. It's his job to make sure Marines know there is an alternative to staying in their barracks rooms. The SMP offers activities ranging from concerts to paintball to help Maines spend their free time.
