Gunnery Sgt. Brian A. Vinciguerra, the company first sergeant for Small Craft Company, looks on as the company's guidon is retired. After more than 14 years with the only amphibious assault company of its kind in any American armed service, he watched as the company was officially decomissioned during a ceremony June 6.
