Behind this door is a holding cell in the Fallujah Iraqi Police district headquarters. The cell is currently holding at or over the max capacity as they await a trial. The wait stems from the lack of judges available in the city, as each judge lives under a constant intimidation from anti-Iraqi forces operating here.
