COMBAT OUTPOST RAWAH, IRAQ – Cpl. Patrick L. Whitlatch, a military working dog handler with 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, Regimental Combat Team 2, releases Rex, a five-year old Belgian Malanoi.
