AL ASAD AIR BASE, Iraq, – An Iraqi police officer in the Basic Criminal Investigation Course here questions a role-player on a fake crime scene during the class’ final exercise. Leading up to the final exercise, the students learned about democratic policing and ethics, both of which focus on teaching officers they are committed to serving the public, and they have moral responsibilities to the community.
