AL ASAD AIR BASE, Iraq, – An Iraqi police officer instructing the Basic Criminal Investigation Course here evaluates students participating in a final exercise, where they combine what they learned during the course to a fake crime scene. Leading up to the final exercise, the students learned about democratic policing and ethics, both of which focus on teaching officers they are committed to serving the public, and they have moral responsibilities to the community.
