Sgt. Maj. Andre Johnson, the outgoing sergeant major for 8th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, speaks to the crowd during his post and relief ceremony here Dec. 17. Johnson was relieved by Sgt. Maj. Rudy Resto and retired after 30 years of service. Johnson took the time to thank many of the Marines in the crowd by name for their help and guidance.
