Two Reconnaissance Marines with 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, come dangerously close to another while parachuting, but apply their skills to avoid entanglement while practicing low static-line parachute jumps from a C-130 Hercules airplane above Camp Davis, Sept. 11. The purpose of the low-level static line jump is to move Marines into an area at low altitude to quickly move to an objective without with the ability to go unnoticed.
