Alongside Iraqi police officers, Sgt. Christopher Bambury, a team leader with Weapons Company, 2nd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, gives a pair of shoes to an Iraqi boy during a distribution of clothing and other supplies to Bedouin families in Walej, Iraq, Dec. 26. In an effort to foster community policing in accordance with their security line of operations strategic objective, Marines teamed up with Iraqi Police based near the Port of Waleed, on Iraq’s border with Syria, to bring hundreds of pounds of clothing and other items to the impoverished people of the town in preparation for winter. ::r::::n::Official USMC photo by Capt.
