Navy Chaplain Lt. Cdr. Kobena Arthur unloads a box of food at the city council building in Rutbah, Iraq. The Marines and sailors of 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion and 2nd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment delivered about 60 boxes of non-perishable food, as well as bags of milk, juice fresh fruit and other items to less-fortunate families in Rutbah, Sept. 24, 2008. Arthur took over management of the program in September and has worked to transform it into a full-fledged non-governmental organization comprised of local Iraqi women.
