Brig. Gen. Joseph Osterman, the commanding general for 1st Marine Division (Forward), and Sgt. Maj. Phillip Fascetti, the sergeant major for 1st MarDiv (Fwd), sheath the unit colors in a ceremony, March 15, signifying their mission is done at Task Force Leatherneck. Service members attended the ceremony as Osterman relinquished his command to Brig. Gen. Lewis Craparotta, the commanding general for 2nd MarDiv (Fwd).
