A stretcher sits atop a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle to sleep on under the night sky. The COP was named after Cpl. Michael W. Ouellette, who honorably gave his life in an enemy ambush and was posthumously presented the Navy Cross. The medal is the highest medal for valor awarded by the Navy and is second only to the Medal of Honor. ::r::::n::::r::::n::::r::::n::
